Welcome,

I hope my journey helps you reconnect with your strength and resilience at Serene Mind Therapy.

I live in suburbs of Melbourne and started my business in 2021, specifically working with women, children and young people.

I have graduated from RMIT University, completing double degree-Social Work & Psychology. With over 14 years of experience as an advocate and social worker, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their healing journey—an experience that naturally led me to therapeutic practice.

Rooted in cultural humility and an awareness of intersectionality, my approach is shaped by my Culturally and Linguistically Diverse background. This perspective allows me to build stronger connections with the communities I serve and bridge gaps between them and support systems.

I provide therapeutic support to neurodiverse children using neuro-affirming practices and collaborate closely with families and educators. I have also supported individuals impacted by trauma, including family violence, sexual assault, and discrimination—offering a compassionate, safe space for healing.

My practice integrates mindfulness and trauma-informed care to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, release trauma, and rebuild resilience. I aim to foster self-awareness, self-compassion, and empowerment through a collaborative and holistic approach.
